Legal · Refund & Cancellation

One-time billing. All charges are final.

Covers every paid plan on the platform — Candidate Pro Career and HR subscription plans alike — plus one-time addon credits (extra job postings, extra test generations). Every plan is a single, one-time charge for its duration: nothing auto-renews, and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe — we never store your card details ourselves.

How billing works

On record

Every plan — Candidate Pro Career or HR — is a single, one-time charge for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There's no recurring charge and no auto-renewal: your card is never billed again after that one payment, and access simply ends when the period runs out.

Ending your plan

On record

Because nothing auto-renews, there's nothing to cancel to stop future billing — there is no future billing. If you want to keep your plan active past its period, you purchase the next one yourself; if you don't, access simply lapses at the end date with no further charge.

No refunds

On record

All charges are final once a purchase is made. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong plan, under-using the plan, or forgetting you'd purchased it. Review your plan and duration before paying — since it's a one-time charge, there's no later "cancel before renewal" window to rely on instead.

Addon credits

On record
  • Addon credits (extra job postings, extra test generations) are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not you've used them yet.
  • Addon credits don't expire and aren't tied to your subscription period at all, so there's no urgency to use them before a deadline.

Billing errors

On record

This is different from a refund: if we charge you incorrectly — a duplicate charge or the wrong amount — contact us and we'll correct it. That's a fix to our mistake, not an exception to the no-refund policy above.

Disputed or failed payments

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly, and an active dispute may pause your account until it's settled.
